Our service users are actively encouraged to fully participate in all the aspects of daily life, from menu-planning, suggesting interior decor, shopping to individual budgeting. Service Users are also encouraged to cook their own meals, although full staff support is provided. The staff are keen to encourage service users to maintain a safe, homely environment that will enable them to pursue an independent style of living but with continued support where required. Care plans are prepared with each resident to maximise their full potential and enable them to work towards a more rewarding, and fulfilling independent way of life.
