The care team is dedicated to provide residents with equality, diversity, supervision, support and personal development planning. All staff have training plans and follow the Skills for Care criteria. Staff are encouraged to attain higher levels for NVQ certification.

The care team comprises of the Registered Manager Mr. Eamon Phillips RMN/RGN. Eamon has over 20 years experience supporting people with learning disabilities. assistant manager, senior support workers and support workers.

Sandra Arnold is the Assistant Manager who has her NVQ in Care and also her NVQ in Management Level 3. She is currently trainging for her Registered Managers Award.
