The Care team consists of:

Registered Care Manager, Two Senior Care Assistants, Nine Care Assistants and One Domestic Assistant

Care Manager - Christine Jones - has worked at Elm House since 1994. Christine was appointed to the role of Senior Care in October 2002 on completion of her NVQ Level 3. Christine is now enrolled to undertake the NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award.

Senior Carer - Maxine Hand - Maxine has worked at Elm House since October 2000, When she had completed her NVQ Level 2 in May 2002, she was keen to carry on and completed NVQ Level 3 in February 2003. She was appointed to the role of Senior Care at that time and has since enrolled to undertake the NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award
